Who we are
The Practical Peptide is an independent education consult operated by Peter D., based in Mira Bay, Ruskin, FL 33570. It is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or licensed healthcare provider. Sessions are educational coaching only.
The service
We offer a 30-minute education-only consultation about evaluating peptide research and preparing useful questions for a licensed healthcare provider. Submitting an intake requests a session; scheduling and payment are confirmed separately by email. No appointment is reserved until we confirm it with you.
Eligibility and scope
You must be 18 or older and agree to the Disclaimer & waiver. This is not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dose, sell or supply substances, recommend vendors, or provide mixing or injection instructions. Medical decisions belong with a licensed healthcare provider.
Fees and payments
The consultation fee is $75 USD for a 30-minute education session. Payment arrangements are confirmed before you are charged. When online payments are available, they may be processed through Stripe under Peter D. (The Practical Peptide). The intake form does not collect payment. Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be in Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
