Refund & rescheduling
Last updated: October 5, 2026. This policy applies to the $75 education-only consultation offered by The Practical Peptide (operated by Peter D.; Mira Bay, Ruskin, FL 33570).
The fee
The session fee is $75 USD for a confirmed 30-minute education consultation. The website intake form does not charge you; payment is arranged only after we confirm a time with you.
Reschedule or cancel (24 hours)
If you need to reschedule or cancel, email us at least 24 hours before your confirmed session start time. With at least 24 hours' notice we will either reschedule at no extra charge or refund any session payment you have already made for that appointment.
Less than 24 hours / no-shows
Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or if you miss a confirmed session without notice, are generally not refundable. We may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion for genuine emergencies—email us and we will review case by case.
If we cancel
If The Practical Peptide cancels or cannot deliver a confirmed session, you may choose a full refund of any payment for that session or a free reschedule.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible, typically within several business days after approval (processor timing may vary). We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with educational content alone once a session has been completed as scheduled.
